1. The product
ApexGulf offers AI bot packages. You fund a package in USDT on the BEP20 network, and the package runs for 300 business days. Package tiers, amount ranges and published daily profit ranges are shown on the Plans page. The minimum stake is $500 USDT.
2. How profit works
- Daily profit is credited according to the range for the package you bought. The range shown at purchase is the range that applies to that package.
- Ranges are targets set by us, not guaranteed returns, and may not be achieved.
- Capital is returned at the end of the 300 business-day term as described in the package terms, in addition to profit already credited.
3. What can go wrong
- Loss of capital: trading and market conditions can be adverse, and the platform may not deliver the published ranges or return capital.
- Technology risk: software, data feed, exchange, wallet or network failures can delay or prevent payments.
- Crypto-asset risk: blockchain transfers are irreversible, USDT may lose its peg or be frozen by its issuer, and wallets can be lost or compromised.
- Counterparty and platform risk: your funds are not held in a bank and are not covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme.
- Regulatory risk: laws on crypto-assets and investment services differ by country and may change, which can restrict or end the service for some users.
- Liquidity risk: capital is committed for the full 300 business days and cannot be assumed to be available earlier.
- Coin launch risk: the planned ApexGulf coin launch on 3 April 2027 may be delayed, changed or cancelled, and no value or listing is promised.
4. Ranks and referral rewards
Rank bonuses are paid separately from package profit, when team business within the published number of levels reaches the published threshold. Business is consumed once a rank is earned, and the recurring bonus of a lower rank stops when a higher rank is reached. Bonuses depend on real activity of your referral team and are not guaranteed.
5. Conflicts and fairness
We may change packages, ranges or minimums for future purchases. Packages already purchased keep the terms shown at purchase unless we are required by law to change them.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether a package suits your financial situation, for the accuracy of the wallet address you provide, and for any tax owed on your gains in your country.
