These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apexgulf.trade and the ApexGulf services. By registering or using the site you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be permitted by the laws of your country to use crypto-asset and investment services. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you live. The service is not offered where it is prohibited. One person may hold one account.

2. Nature of the service and risk

ApexGulf offers AI bot packages that are funded in USDT on the BEP20 network. ApexGulf is not a bank, deposit-taking institution or insured product, and your funds are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme. All investing involves risk, including the loss of some or all of the amount you commit. Published daily profit ranges are indicative only and are not a guarantee, promise or forecast of future results. Please read the Trading Policy before purchasing a package.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and devices secure.
• You must tell us immediately at support@apexgulf.trade if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are solely responsible for the wallet addresses you submit. Transfers on the blockchain are irreversible, and we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or the wrong network.

4. Deposits and packages

• Deposits are made in USDT on the BEP20 network only. Assets sent on another network or in another token may be lost.
• A package starts when your deposit is confirmed. The package amount, daily profit range, 300 business-day duration and capital-back rule shown at the time of purchase apply to that package.
• Minimum package amounts are shown on the Plans page and may change for future purchases but not for packages already started.

5. Profit, capital and withdrawals

• Profit is credited to your balance according to the package terms. Profit is not guaranteed and depends on the platform operating normally.
• Capital is returned at the end of the package term as described in the package terms.
• Withdrawals are sent in USDT on BEP20 to the address you provide. Withdrawals may be subject to review, verification and minimum limits, and may be delayed or declined where we suspect fraud, error, a breach of these Terms or where we are legally required to do so.
• Network fees are paid by the sender or receiver as shown at the time of the transaction.

6. Referrals and ranks

Leadership rank bonuses (a one-time bonus plus a recurring weekly or monthly bonus) are earned on package purchases made by your referral team within the number of levels published on the Ranks page. Business is consumed when a rank is earned, and a higher rank replaces the recurring bonus of the lower rank. Rewards are not earned on self-referral, multiple accounts or artificial volume, and we may remove rewards obtained that way. We may enable, disable or change ranks for future activity.

7. ApexGulf coin

ApexGulf has announced that a native coin is planned to launch on 3 April 2027 at Dubai Crypto Expo. Dates, availability, eligibility and terms of any coin launch are subject to change, to technical readiness and to applicable law, and nothing on this site is a promise that a coin will launch, be listed or have any particular value.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not: use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any unlawful purpose; create multiple accounts; abuse referral or bonus programmes; interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access; use bots or automated tools against the site; or provide false information. We may suspend or close accounts, withhold payments where legally permitted and report suspected unlawful activity.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and ApexGulf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, market or network events, blockchain congestion or failure, third-party service failures, or losses caused by your own errors or by unauthorised access that was not caused by us. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept them. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or as required by law.
